This is a great weeknight recipe, as it's quick to make. The chicken can be left in the maple-chipotle marinade overnight or cooked shortly after mixing. Let chicken marinate at least 1 hour.Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.Place marinated chicken breasts on the center of the grill, reserving remaining marinade.
