Recipe Summary Turkey Sausage Meatballs
I use these turkey sausage meatballs with my homemade spaghetti sauce instead of beef meatballs. The addition of Cabernet Sauvignon and freshly grated Parmesan and Romano cheeses makes it something wonderful.Ingredients | Longboard Sauvignon Blanccooking spray1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese½ cup freshly grated Romano cheese2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley1 teaspoon dried basil1 teaspoon dried oregano¼ teaspoon Cajun seasoning½ cup minced onion¼ cup Cabernet Sauvignon2 eggs2 cloves garlic, minced1 pound ground turkey breast1 pound ground Italian-flavored turkey sausage4 cups spaghetti sauceDirectionsPreheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
