Mango Jam
I personally prefer swiss roll with jam, especially with apricot jam, but would also suggest to try it with grape jelly, i'm sure for many this.

Mango Jam can be made with any variety of mangoes. When mixture begins boiling, increase heat to medium-high. Continue boiling until fine, soft threads form, 270 degrees F (135 degrees C).
