Delicious.Ingredients | Baked Salmon Fillet With Skin Recipes½ pound baby red and yellow potatoes, or to taste1 cup fresh green beans, trimmed, or to taste2 tablespoons olive oil, divided2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets1 clove garlic, crushed1 sprig chopped fresh dill½ lemon, sliced½ lemon, juiced½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper⅓ teaspoon coarse salt3 tablespoons mayonnaise1 ½ tablespoons capers, roughly chopped1 lemon, juiced½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper¼ teaspoon saltDirectionsPreheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer.
